2022 was a ride for Ataccama! Alviso joined the internal team with a dedicated recruitment team of five recruiters and sourcers to help with boosting hiring. Within the first six months, Alviso hired 42 engineers (Java/Kotlin), architects, UX designers, and product managers and helped us achieve our hiring target! Exactly when the company secured the largest Series A investment in the Czech market up to that point. At the very beginning we asked Alviso to help us hire a couple of developers, a lead engineer and a business analyst. Of course, this may sound an easy task anyone could do, right? The problem was back then, we were starting a new pilot project in our company - Robot Process Automation.
