Our mission was crystal-clear: to onboard seven seasoned senior developers and a Product Owner within a challenging five-month timeline. To ensure success, Alviso deployed one of their skilled recruiters, Petra Častová, who seamlessly integrated into our team. Collaborating closely with our CTO and CEO, we fine-tuned our approach for optimum speed and efficiency without compromising on quality. Though our target was ambitious, the outcomes of the RPO cooperation exceeded even our expectations. In just the second month we celebrated the successful hiring of five versed IT professionals. This accomplishment owes much to the partnership between Petra and our CTO, Martin Jansa, whose collaboration was nothing short of exemplary.
