„Alviso was instrumental in helping us build Filevine’s EU organization. They understood the senior, high-bar talent we needed and helped us build a world-class team with strong talent density and culture.“

„Alviso has been a fantastic partner on our journey of opening Workday office in Prague for last three years. They have very quickly understood our unique position as startup-turned-enterprise, adjusted to our operating and hiring needs and tremendously helped us to triple our team in under two years. Partnering with Klara was a pleasure to me, I especially appreciate her easy-going and informal style and her infinite-deep well of knowledge about both – the local market as well as every single talent she recommended.“

„Alviso was a key partner in building DNAnexus in Prague from the ground up. Their in-house knowledge and insight into the local job market was critical to establishing a dedicated team of talents, aligned with our core values and practices. Alviso has been there with us since the first employee. They were successful in finding the high-quality talent required for our R&D team and building a supportive, inclusive workplace. Their recruitment team successfully hired more than 60 exceptional software, IT and bioinformatics professionals spanning 13 nationalities, including 10 PhD graduates. For 3 years, Alviso also provided people operations support. Alviso continues to be an essential partner to DNAnexus, recruiting for the best talent on the market.“

„2022 was a ride for Ataccama! Alviso joined the internal team with a dedicated recruitment team of five recruiters and sourcers to help with boosting hiring. Within the first six months, Alviso hired 42 engineers (Java/Kotlin), architects, UX designers, and product managers and helped us achieve our hiring target! Exactly when the company secured the largest Series A investment in the Czech market up to that point. In addition, Alviso took responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from job posting, market mapping, candidate sourcing, hunting, interviewing, offer preparation, and negotiation. Alviso were very proactive in their candidate sourcing and in addition to setting up a referral program as the most important source of candidates (proving that great people bring in more great people), they were able to boost the referral pipeline by taking a proactive approach of having 1:1 meetings with engineers and gradually moving one by one through their contacts.“

„Working with Alviso has been crucial in building our Java teams at Sky Czech Republic. They didn’t just deliver great candidates; they also brought a level of communication that kept both our team and our candidates in sync every step of the way. Special and huge thanks to our RPO, Marek, who’s contribution to making this happen has been outstanding. Alviso also provided key insights into the Czech Java talent market, which helped us set a recruitment strategy that really worked. This expertise made all the difference in finding the right people for our growing teams. Looking ahead, I’m excited to keep working with Alviso – they’ve proven to be a true partner who understands our goals and helps us represent Sky Czech Republic in the best possible way.“

„Our mission was crystal-clear: to onboard seven seasoned senior developers and a Product Owner within a challenging five-month timeline. To ensure success, Alviso deployed one of their skilled recruiters, Petra Častová, who seamlessly integrated into our team. Collaborating closely with our CTO and CEO, we fine-tuned our approach for optimum speed and efficiency without compromising on quality. Though our target was ambitious, the outcomes of the RPO cooperation exceeded even our expectations. In just the second month we celebrated the successful hiring of five versed IT professionals. This accomplishment owes much to the partnership between Petra and our CTO, Martin Jansa, whose collaboration was nothing short of exemplary. Saying that, Alviso didn't just meet our goal; they exceeded it. Through impeccable teamwork and dedication, Alviso reached our objective a full month ahead of schedule, proving that when brilliant minds come together, challenges transform into remarkable achievements.“

External Hiring

„At the very beginning we asked Alviso to help us hire a couple of developers, a lead engineer and a business analyst. Of course, this may sound an easy task anyone could do, right? The problem was back then, we were starting a new pilot project in our company – Robot Process Automation. Finding good talent in such a short time frame within a relatively small market in this area of business, Alviso did a tremendous job. I was really happy with all the candidates they presented to me. And even now after two years all of the hired guys except one, are still part of our very successful team in GOM at MSD. Their professional approach and excellent results are confirming the trust we had in our recruiting partners.“

RPO

„In under a year, Alviso helped us hire 90+ engineers without ever lowering our bar and felt like part of our team throughout.“

„When Vacasa first launched, we had no employees, and Alviso played a critical role in bootstrapping our company. They personalized their approach to accommodate us from the very start, figured out the right model and deployed several recruiters who seamlessly became part of our team from day one. Thanks to their proactive approach, we saw our first hires within 3–4 months after signing the contract. The Alviso team is now fully integrated into our company and culture. Their recruiters not only manage the complexities of our hiring processes but also genuinely care about the success of each individual who joins Vacasa. They go beyond recruitment by ensuring that people in the office feel comfortable and welcome, plus they are genuinely kind people who you want around, adding positive energy to the workplace.“

Branch Setup

„We rely on Alviso as our partner for expansion to Europe. We’ve selected Prague, Czech Republic for access to software engineering and data science talent, cost advantage and geopolitical climate. We’ve chosen Alviso for their track of record in scaling technology companies in the market. Their BOT service enabled us to expand internal workforce quickly, while decreasing risks of entering unknown market. While essentially this is a supplier/consumer relationship, it feels like we are truly partnering on our company mission. The recruiter Klara is sharp and super energetic in acquiring talent, yet she goes way beyond hiring in making sure we have the right people and that they fit into the broader organisation. I also do enjoy working with Petr, Alviso CEO. One can definitely feel he is in it for the long run, he values relationships, is bright and accommodating.“

„I wanted to thank you officially for those 10 guys you brought! I can’t be happier about our cooperation!“

„Alviso are true experts and the value they deliver is long term. Since September 2021 Alviso have helped us to build our Java team in Prague from scratch. With their recruiters on board we have been able to hire 10 senior engineers and are confident we will double the size of the team year on year with their continuous support. Alviso provide us not only with recruiting services, but also take care of the back office activities and events. The cooperation has been fantastic and much smoother than I could have imagined.“

External Hiring

„CETIN has been working with Alviso recruitment agency for a long time, and we must say we are extremely satisfied with their services. Alviso assists us with recruitment and brings in candidates that we would hardly find on our own. What we appreciate most about this collaboration is their speed and flexibility. Alviso responds to our requirements promptly and always strives to adapt to our specific needs. Additionally, the smooth and efficient communication makes the entire recruitment process significantly easier. Thanks to Alviso, we have welcomed several excellent colleagues into our team. Therefore, we can confidently recommend this agency to any company looking for a professional and reliable recruitment partner.“

„It's been an absolute joy to work with Alviso and Michaela. I've not previously worked with anyone from a contingent RPO who has so thoroughly become a part of the internal team, or done as much to add value to the TA function as a whole. Thanks so much for working hard to build great relationships in the business and to set others up for success.“

RPO

„Working with Alviso meant for us a significant help during the new departments set up and company growth. Despite the fact that we were hiring roles so far present just on the US market, Alviso partner navigated us on the Czech market quickly and we were able to target the candidates with the right skillset and seniority level. Even facing tough deadlines and the highest expectations from our global colleagues, there was always a space for fun and a cup of good coffee :)“

RPO

„In the past 6 months the price per hire was reduced in average by 44%. The hiring process is more efficient, hiring managers and candidates have personal and superior service during the whole hiring and interview process.“

RPO

„It's been a pleasure to cooperate with Alviso and especially their talented recruiter Michaela, who joined our team for a limited period of time and fit just perfectly. They very quickly understood our needs and adapted to our rather specific field. Over the months, they helped us find a number of software developers who met and even exceeded our expectations. Thanks to this collaboration, we were able to focus on expanding our business.“

External Hiring

„Hiring the right team is crucial for any startup, and Alviso made it a breeze for us. From day one, they understood our needs and went above and beyond to find the perfect candidate for our senior project manager role. Lucie, our lead recruiter, was a superstar. She was energetic, on the ball, and had a knack for finding the ideal fit for our team. The whole Alviso team was supportive and fully dedicated to our success. We felt like they were an extension of our own team and their commitment to us was unmatched. Alviso is the way to go if you're a startup looking to build your dream team. They are the real deal and will be there for you every step of the way.“

RPO

„Alviso helped us not only set up our recruitment process, but also choose the right ATS for our situation. We started by hiring Go developers in Czechia, later expanded across Europe, and moved from team members to leadership roles. Alviso even helped us organise our tech meet-ups.“

RPO

„When we started our new company, Alviso was our partner of choice. From day one they were part of our internal team, set up the recruitment process and hired globally, mostly in the US, including very niche specialists in generative video and speech synthesis. Alviso can find the right talent anywhere in the world.“
