- Hiring from the first employeeWe hired the whole team: QA, bioinformatics, backend, frontend, DevOps and IT.
- People operations supportFor three years we supported the office’s people operations. The entity, payroll and operations were run by our partner.
- Transfer and beyondIn 2022 the client took over 41 people. Since then we have hired for them as RPO, with contractors supplied by Pixley.
